The nineteenth Winter approached like a blissful spring to her,
Promised with fulfilling dreams of love, trusts and 'leap of faith',
The hands of time rolled ahead with a roller coaster of happiness making shrills of non captive fun within the strings of bondage,
Autumn brought in with itself loss of leaves from the evergreen tree of Commitments,
Reality crawled in peeling away slowly the skin of perfection to inherit the mundane and duties of moron days,
The inarticulate beauty of the storm enthralled and terrified her at the same time
But the young lady walked heads up with mystic calmness without letting her spirits being rained off;
The next monsoon drains her off from her beauty, charm, youthfulness and her vitality at large,
"Survival of the fittest" was the sole aim of their bond, now proving her miserably apt for him,
Outdoing every bit of her strength and resources to keep the string stand unbroken amidst the storm of ungratefulness and wrath,
All she did now was pleasing that devouring existence which breathed heavily with passing days on her,
The following summer had darkened the circles under the eyes of distant dreams to the depth of being slaved by her wooer of disdain,
Self-respect encroached, nightmares didn't betray anymore as the amiable nostalgia from the City of Joy and frolic started to pain excruciatingly all the more,
As promises bled to reveal unhealthy facts of a toxic psychopath,
She saw bleak pieces of the reminiscence of yesteryear starting to engulf the future of myriad opportunities through the " Walk of Self-Confidence";
Now she turned....
To face the tempest, to break the trance of the golden cage of any dependency possible; She learnt, " You can't be a citizen of dependence in the city of self-sustenance!";
The silence to be absolutely replaceable did not echo any more, it reverberated in the most shocking and brutal fashion;
All the courage of motivation from the Phoenix of her Hopes and Aspirations made
Independent Self-esteem soar high above the flickering cuckoo's call in the New Spring to reach the zenith of solace for once and for all.
