Nuclear Energy

By Shanmukha Vitta

How do you do it with such ease?

Like you are nuclear powered,

I watch as you pass by—steady, radiant, leaving behind a warmththat lingers long after you’re gone.

You don’t just exist;you ignite.

What does the word "tiring" even mean to you?

I marvel at you,not just for what you do,but for what you leave behind—a world just a little brighter,a little softer,a little more alive.

For the faces that lit up on your existence

can definitely prove my point,

I finally believe that beauty lies in the actions,

not in the beauty outside.
