Murky road, shallow breaths.
I fail to see my way ahead.
Am I walking forward? Or
Am I going back again?
I gasp for air, I am drowning.
I am drowning in the sea of ordinary.
I try to wake up from the dream,
That pulls me back; strangles me.
Words fall short, I fail to write.
It is a midnight chaos in broad daylight.
I stagger in my drunken stupor,
My senses inebriated
By the toxins of the swarming bees
Squirming in my broken sleep, I try
To shine the light of my lonely being.
A dim tinkle in the quagmire, a shattered soul
I fail to dazzle through my midnight chaos.

Brilliant
Interesting, one should dream, because life without dreams is like a "broken winged bird that cannot fly".
Please continue writing poetry..
