We tend to take a lot of decisions in life. Some of which we are happy about and some which we regret later in life. There are various factors also on which we take decisions. Some people support it and some people do not. On what basis they support and on what basis they don’t support it we still don’t know. There may be some who genuinely care about us and some who do not care. No one knows our life completely except us. Still, we listen and we tend to make decisions. While they are some who do not consult anyone and make decisions.
Decision making is the most important phase of our life. It can turn our life completely. Whether it was right or whether it was wrong we will get to know only in the future. Sometimes we get lot of time to make the decision and sometimes we get very less time. We may sometime not be in the right state of mind as well when we are planning to take decisions. We can be happy, crying, worrying, anxious, excited, stressed and these are the moods which will somewhere influence our decision making as well.
Then there is a set of people whom others say overthinkers. They think and analyze a lot and make decisions. Its very difficult to understand these people but no doubt they explain why they made such a decision in the best way. Same goes with people with calm mind when they make decisions. They also make decisions with a very calm mind. What kind of mind we need to make decisions we never know. Most people say that a calm mind is required. But sometimes it does happen that an overthinking mind also can make a good decision. We never know unless we have the future where we see whether a decision was bad or good.
We also take decisions based or past experiences and also by listening to what others say or based on the stories listened by others. Even after making a decision, we will be thinking whether it was right or wrong. We tend to go through so many emotions. But at the end of the day, it is only we who know what we have undergone or what we are going through. But one thing is for sure. The decision we make today paves the way for our future tomorrow. It is the matter of time.
