Deaf and Blind Love

By Kishan Gopal Shahu

I carve her in my heart.

Lover is familiar with the love's essence,

Wind seems harder to breath in her absence,

melancholic air tells her presence.

The soul yearns for the salvation

Untill the voice of her emotion,

Drawn her image to the deaf and blind eyes of the lover.

Without that image there's no satisfaction .

Somnolence seems distant.

Night shivers more and stays longer.

But his berth remains vacant

Untill he has felt her.

He watches her with his deaf bind eyes

And listens with deaf and blind ears.

But his memory has memories of her

There's no conviction if he recognise her by looks,

Or'd been fooled often with the nice act

But he is he who is true.

If for to be remembered

His blind eyes and deaf ears have been cheated.
