Life went by so quickly. He took off. It was getting close. Still, he made every effort to get to the clinic. Richard's neighbour called him at that moment and said, "Hey Richard, come join us for tonight's party." Richard is, in fact, his name. He has good looks and height. The man's
age was 26. With patience, he responded to the neighbour and then took off sprinting. The response is never always. Remember that he is restrained, not impolite. He is incredibly considerate to all. His mother is the only friend he has in life, and his world is pretty tiny. His mother passed away from cancer two years ago.
He was still unable to accept that. He is going to the clinic. He will provide the patient with therapy. It's true that he is a psychotherapist; the guess was right. Unhealed souls can sometimes heal other unhealed hearts. He is the ideal example of that. You may now be wondering how an introvert can succeed as a psychotherapist. Everybody in the clinic is doubting the same thing. However, he is only aware of this solution. He decides to heal himself using this carrier. He wants to be detached from others in his life. I'll say it again: he's not a rude person. He always managed his time flawlessly. However, he was running late to the clinic today.
His alarm didn't go off today, therefore that's the obvious explanation. Once at his office, he composed himself and began attending to the patient. Time elapsed. The room was filled with the first patient of the day. George is his name. He has a serious face for a sixteen-year-old. He seemed to be quite perplexed. He says nothing at all. His parents gave an explanation of his illness. In his previous school, he was a really happy person. But he no longer communicates with us and has entirely changed. Could you possibly wait outside for a short while, Richard asked? Every psychologist starts by observing the patient's body language in order to interpret their behaviour.
George was obviously not the reserved kind because his hand was open wide. He was conscious that he could be the target of bullying or influence. That's going to be his character shift. When Richard saw George, he thought back to his early years. When Richard's mother separated from his husband, she sent him to a modern school. He remembered everything that had happened in his history, both good and horrible. George felt so uneasy there just a few minutes ago. "Can we restart again everything?" Richard asked. Richard used to exclusively live by this quote. George's statements caused confusion. Everyone needs a restart button, Richard remarked, and I'm giving you this one so you can restart.
Now George feels a little more at ease. It took him a few minutes to open up. George remarked, "I can't be myself at my new school; everyone is so rude." Richard recognized his issue. He engaged him in conversation. George, could i tell me one thing? In my early years, I was exactly the same as you. In large crowds, I always try to hide. When I was in a large group of people, I always want invisible. I was alone now, with no companions with whom to share. I'm not sensitive to things, therefore that didn't bother me. However, I am aware that you enjoy hanging out with and making new friends. You just have to deal with students who bully you
In every situation, you will phase this set of people into your life. Simply give them a grin. You are the only person who is going to travel with you the whole way. Thus, be authentic and kind to yourself. George listened to this and then nodded. There's something appealing about his expression. Richard said, "I need your advice on how to get along with everyone."
"I am no master at that," George remarked, laughing. "Come, we will go to some other good psychologist to learn the techniques," he continued. For a time, they both laughed. George feels at ease with Richard now. It's time for the meeting to end. "See you later; thanks for your time," George murmured.
Richard smiled and went back to work. Another patient came into the room in the middle of the afternoon. She had a lovely face and blue eyes. Her smile is the only thing that's needed. She appears worn out, and her mind is racing with a lot of ideas. Kiara was her name. After
entering the room, she remained silent for a short while. Even if she stays silent, her eyes convey more information than her words. Richard used to start every therapy with his quote. However, there was something that now bothered him enough for him to speak first. For a minute he was silent at all. He appeared to be a patient at his clinic now.
He saw that her hand and neck were covered in numerous scratches. Every patient recalled a little bit of his past. This brought to mind his mother, who was divorced from her husband due to his mistreatment of his own wife. Richard always felt sorry for his mother because she was the one who was beaten by his father. After calming down, he began to speak. Hai Kiara, said Richard. She looked at him with her stunning eyes. She smiles in a formal manner. "May I know who your husband is?" Richard inquired. She became terrified upon hearing these words, and her hands began to shake. After calming her down, Richard provided her some water to drink. He told her to leave right away and rest.
He asked her to come to the library the next evening. Why he asked to meet in the bookstore was a mystery to Kiara. She headed to the bookstore and took a bench seat. A little while later, Richard arrived and noticed Kiara. As usual, she emanated charm. "Hai Kiara, it's Richard. Please pardon me for what I did the other day." Kiara answered, "It's okay." Richard said to Kiara, "Please don't think of me as a doctor." Consider me now as a friend, wellwisher, or something else entirely. Kiara got upset and yelled so what do I need to say? I assume it that you want to hear my story? Richard grinned and added, "I'd like to read a story, Kiara." She questioned, perplexed, I was unable to understand.
Richard answered, "Kiara." Though I'm not very talented at choosing books, I still wish to read novels that are enjoyable. I've heard you're a bibliophile from your parents. I invited you to visit the bookstore for this reason. They exchange stares with one another. Kiara's eyes caught him off guard, and a variety of emotions took up residence in his chest. Kiara expressed guilt for her actions. Richard said, "Would you please assist me in selecting the ideal book?" With a nod, Kiara enquired, "What genre do you prefer to read?" I need a novel that's funny and feels lovely he stated. She answered, "Let's step out and look." They looked through a lot of books at that bookstore. It was among the greatest bookstores in the nation.
It's a really lively yet serene spot to read books. The bookstore is next to a beach. Thus, while reading the book, readers can take in the sea breeze and waves. Both of them looked for a very long period. Even though Richard was worn out, Kiara sprinted like a kid to find him a book that would work. For a few hours, her love of books allowed her to temporarily forget about her pain. She made numerous book recommendations, but for some reason he rejected them all down. Finally, Kiara presented the book named The Wish List by Sophia Money Coutts. Richard requested an overview of that book. She began to tell Florence Fairfax, the girl's name. She works in a bookshop.
When her sisters were courting and getting married, she was always the misfortune of the relationship world. Richard questions her, "What happened next?" until she meets Rory. "If I told everything, what would you do with this book?" asked Kiara, grinning. With shyness, Richard giggled. "I want to work in a bookshop like Florence," Kiara replied. Then there you go, he replied, nodding. She laughed and asked where. You said that you wanted to work in a bookstore, Richard said.
We are in the bookstore right now. Go to work. "Stop kidding, Richard," she responded. "No, I'm not kidding," he said. "Where is my offer letter?" asked Kiara. Here in your hand, he answered. With a smile, she asked, "Where? All I have in my hand is a book that is a wish list. That is your offer letter, Richard remarked, smiling.
Kiara replied, "I'm not able to understand. Could you turn the 200th page of this book, Richard asked Kiara? As she flipped through, she came upon her letter of invitation to become a bookshop clerk. She was momentarily taken aback. Richard said it was a small gift for my friend. With a smile, she continued, "You may present this letter to me directly, Richard, but thank you." They both laughed heartily for a while. "Thank you for your time, Richard. We will see you soon," Kiara remarked. Richard said, "Yeah, of course, I will come buy some books," in response to Kiara. You must select the books for me. Kiara grinned and agreed. After a few days, Richard went to the bookshop not to buy books but to meet Kiara.
When he looks into her eyes, he senses a connection. She was putting some books on the racks when he came into the library. She dropped a book she had in her hands at the moment. He caught him and gave it to her. "Thanks again for your help," she grinned. Richard said, "It's my pleasure," in response. "Are you comfortable of this work?" "Of course, I love books," was her response. So how am I unhappy of these spots?" Richard was happy to see Kiara like this. She felt so at ease with Richard now. Kiara questioned, "Did you read the wish list?" after a while. Richard stated, "Actually, Florence created a wish list in order to select her life partner," nodding.
"Yes, that's why the book is named The Wish List," Kiara responded. "Did you have any wish lists when you chose your life partner?" inquired Richard. As soon as she heard this, Kiara responded, "Richard, you are only a therapist for me; you have no right to ask this kind of question to your patient”. Without listening to his explanation, she left that location. Richard was heartbroken. She fled with tears in her eyes, and it crushed his heart. Tears now flood in her beautiful eyes like water in the ocean. They didn’t see after that. Kiara was guilty of her behaviour. Richard texted her one evening, saying, "Hey Kiara, I hope everything is good with you. I felt bad about what I had done.
That's alright, Richard; I'm sorry too for what I said, Kiara answered. "Can I call you?" inquired Richard. Kiara agreed. A few minutes later, her phone rang and Richard called. Therapist on the line... She saved his name as a therapist. Saying hello, she answered his phone. Richard flattered while sensing her voice after so long. Hearing her voice, he realized he had forgotten to respond. "Hello Richard," she said. Are you there? "Sorry, Kiara, there's a network issue," Richard shot back. To find out if you will be free tomorrow, I just gave you a call. Kiara replied, Sorry, Richard, I have some work to do in the bookshop.
"Can you come by evening to the beach?" she said. Richard replied, Yes, please We'll talk tomorrow. "All right, Richard, good night," she answered. Both of them ended the call. The following day, it was getting close to sunset. On a beach, Kiara was waiting for Richard. Richard arrived carrying two coffee mugs. Kiara remarked, "I love to drink coffee at the beach," grinning at him. "I know that," Richard said to himself in silence. Kiara was unaware of that.
A few minutes later, Kira whispered, "I'm sorry, Richard." He gave a nod and remained silent. She told Richard, I see you as a good friend, not a therapist. I just wanted to have a
conversation about something from my past. Richard nodded his head. Kiara began to share her story.” I got married to Marshall two years ago.
He was a family friend. My parents intended for me to get married to him. I remained silent. We married in accordance with our parents' desires. I regarded him as the love of my life. However, it became clear to me after a few days that he had no interest in me. Being drunk, he constantly claims that you are unworthy of affection from anyone. Those were some of the worst days of my life. I made an effort to comprehend him, but all I could get out of him was trauma. I attempted to survive in that misery because I didn't want my parents to suffer. It hurts more every day, and there are moments when I wish I could disappear. He accuses me of bringing misfortune upon him.
You asked about the qualities you look for in a life partner. All I wanted was for my partner to love me. But instead of receiving that from him, I received a great deal of trauma. we got separated last year. I'm still not fully recovered from that. Tears filled her eyes, revealing more of the suffering she endures from her past. Her hands began to tremble. Richard took her hand at that moment and said, "Kiara, you are always worthy of me." This universe owes you more love and attention. They both caught sight of one another. The birds were flying across the sky at that moment as the sun was setting. They both observed the lovely scene.
Following that, Kiara would speak with Richard once she had completed her duties. They enjoyed nice conversations every time they got together at the beach. As their discussion deepened, Kiara began to sense something unique when she spoke with Richard. Kiara met her mother in a bookstore a few days later. She spoke with her parents and gave them a hug. Serena is the name of Kiara's mom." How are you, Kiara?" she asked. Do you enjoy your job here? Kiara replied, "Yes, mother. I want to dedicate every moment of my life surrounded by books, and I was wondering how you found out that my dream was to work in a bookstore. "I don't know about that, Kiara," I know you have a passion for reading, her mother remarked.
Confused, Kiara enquired, "Did you tell Richard that I admire books? "No, I didn't tell any personal details about you," her mother retorted. Actually, after our initial meeting, I told you your name. Kiara recalled everything that he called her name without anyone said. Kiara called Richard. He picked up the call and said, Hello, Kiara, what are you doing? Hai Richard, I want to meet you right away, was her response. "Kiara, what happened?" asked Richard. Is something urgent going on? Richard, I want to talk to you, she said. Right now, where are you? "All right, so I went to meet my patient George at his school. Would you mind coming over here?" he added.
Richard, please give your location; I'll be there, she said. After agreeing, Richard ended the call. Kiara was astounded when she arrived there. It's a location she is familiar with. Richard was standing on the balcony at the moment, holding a bouquet full of pink roses. He handed her that bouquet. She threw that on the ground out of anger. Who are you, she inquired? How were all of my details known to you? Richard met her gaze. She looks confused and looks like a fire. Richard said Kiara. Don't call my name again, your liar; how did you know my name before? she yelled. How are you aware that I love books? How did you find out that I love coffee?
How were you knowing that I like pink flowers? Why did you invite me to visit my former school, too? How did Richard tell me? You had my whole trust. Richard questioned Kiara, "Do you remember this place?" as he pointed to the stairway that is close to the floor. She
was conscious of it. Richard enquired,"Can we restart again?" She had many flashes of memory. When she saw Richard, she was startled and questioned, "Are you the person?" Yes, Kiara, you are the one who gives me strength on my difficult days, Richard began to say to Kiara as his eyes began to well up with tears. He went on to describe his time in school, stating, "That was my first day in this modern school."
I had no chance to make friends because I was an introvert. My mother was my sole friend. I told my mother everything that went on every day at my school. I was bullied once, and then I was beaten by a senior. Comparing those days to the agonizing days I experienced, I would say they were better. My mother was the only person who could help me at that time.
However, my mother and father had a lot of issues. Every day, he used to beat my mother. He beat my mom in front of me one day. I couldn’t hold that pain. At this stairway, I sobbed as I raced to school. A girl came over and touched my shoulder at that moment.
I saw her face and her blue eyes. She smiles brightly at me. Why are you crying like a baby, she asked? Were you being beaten by anyone? No, I answered. So why are you in tears? I remained silent. She left and returned a little while later. "Hello, did you eat your lunch?" she called. No, I answered. Then come on, let's share our meal, she added. I ignored her at first. and she yelled at me to her lunch. They both ate her lunch. Richard gave an explanation for his tears. She paid close attention, yet she was unable to understand. we were not adulthood at the time. She handed me a chocolate after a short while and asked, "Can you restart this again?"
After hearing this, I was confused and asked, are you mad? What needs to be restarted? Just pay close attention; there's usually a restart button for everyone at once, or maybe twice, she answered. I offer you this chocolate to act as a reset button so you may begin afresh. Right now, you have just two choices. The first is to either keep crying or go to your mother and offer her support. Give my chocolate back if you decide on the second option. Suppose you choose the first one, eat this chocolate, and go to your mom. If you can't change your father, then be a man who can treat girls well. Just be respectful to all women.
Your father cannot be changed, but you may influence someone who mistreated their spouse. After listening, Kiara was able to recall each incident that had occurred at that time. Richard went on, Kiara. I went to my mother and helped her after that. I saw you at school every day after that, but we were unable to communicate. I wanted you would be a part of my life
forever. However, the universe had a different agenda. We lost contact with my father a few months later. We moved to the city, yet your words stayed with me always. Kiara, I looked for you, but I couldn't find you. I thought that the universe would bring us together once more. My heart broke the first time I saw you in my clinic.
I didn't think of you as my love at that point. I thought of you as my mother, who had been once traumatized by her husband. I wish I could be with you forever right now too. Kiara, you have my undying love. I will always adore you. I promise to always be your friend, even if you reject me. All I want to do is heal the girl who helped me get better. Kiara's eyes were full with tears. She reached for the bouquet and handed it to him. "Richard, can we start over?" she said. Richard startled Kiara by telling her this, then grabbed her. He had finally found his real love.
Even if the circumstances kept them apart, their destiny to be together brought them back together and restored their love. George arrived at that moment and stated, "Hey Richard, you've finally found your restart button." Richard laughed and introduced Kiara to George. Richard said, "He is George. I've made a new buddy in him. It is him who encourages me to tell the truth here. Kiara said hi to George, " George, I value your help. With a smile, George expressed his joy. He said to Richard, can we restart again? When it began to rain, they were all beginning to enjoy it.
